You poor thing. I have celiac so I totally feel your pain. On the brightside no carbs=skinny. I am so sorry. If you want to talk about call or email me. We might be driving through chicago next week and would love to see you guys.

One of my best friends has Celiac disease. I just went to her house for Thanksgiving and she made turkey, stuffing, potatoes and pumpkin pie--all gluten free. She asked me after dinner, "Could you tell that this meal was 'special?'" I said no and, even though I knew it was, no one else she invited over knew it. So welcome to the world of gluten free cooking. I want to come to dinner at your house!
